You see any of these error message in Home Network Security:
"The network is blocked by Trend Micro Home Network Security. No Internet usage is allowed on this device."
No devices are allowed to use the Internet."
What Happened?
The network was paused or stopped under the profile on the Home Network Security app.
How To Fix It
- Ensure that the Home Network Security is connected to your Internet modem.
- Verify that the Light Indicator on the Home Network Security box shows a steady green light.
- Open the Home Network Security app on your mobile device (Android/Tablet or iPhone/iPad).
- From the Main Dashboard, tap the menu bar on the top left side of the screen.
- Tap and select "Family" from the list.
- Choose your existing profile.
- Tap Report.
- Check if the Internet usage is paused. If so, tap the "Play" button to reconnect the Internet connection.
- Note: To identify if it's paused or playing, if the indicator displays "play," it means the Internet is currently paused. If it shows "pause" or the same as the picture below it, it means the Internet network is already connected.
- Check if your Internet network is working. If not, try restarting your modem to establish the connection.
