You may receive an error message or encounter issues while loading online games after connecting Home Network Security to your home network. Here's how to fix it:
- Enable Mode 3

- Open your Home Network Security app.
- Tap the Menu icon, then select Settings.
- Tap Station Configuration.
- Under STATION NETWORK SETTINGS, select Mode 3.
- Tap OK to update the Station settings.
- Test the connectivity status, 5 minutes after changing settings. Tap on Test Status.
- Tap on Test This Device. Make sure that your device is connected to the same network with the Home Network Security.
- Enable Game Mode

- Open your Home Network Security app.
- Tap the Menu icon, then select Settings.
- Tap Station Configuration.
- Toggle the switch to ON for Game Mode.
- Add the device to Unmanaged Devices

- Open your Home Network Security app.
- Tap the Menu icon, then select Settings.
- Under STATION, tap Unmanaged Devices.
- Tap Add Devices.
- Under Manage Devices, tap the + icon next to the device that you want to add.
- Tap the < icon to save the changes.
