You see this error message on your Trend Micro Home Network Security app:

Connect to the Station. Your Station was reset. Please reconnect, or connect to a new Station.

Why did this happen?

You reset your Trend Micro Home Network Security Station.

How do I fix this?

Pair the Home Network Security app again with the Station:

  1. From the message, tap Next.
  2. Type your pairing code, then tap Next.

    Connect to the Station. Type the pairing code

    A "Connection Successful" message will appear.

    If the app is unable to connect to the Station within one minute, use the QR code reader that will appear on your screen, then scan the Station Code found at the bottom part of the Station.

  3. Wait for the Sign In window to appear, then sign into your Trend Micro Account.
