You see this message on your computer installed with Trend Micro Security:
"Suspicious Program Blocked.
A suspicious program modified or encrypted your files. Trend Micro stopped it for your protection. Trend Micro was unable to recover the following files changed by this program."
What Happened?
A malicious program has modified or encrypted files which put your computer at risk. However, Trend Micro was unable to recover the affected files due to access permissions.
What To Do Next
Since Trend Micro already blocked the program, click OK to close the window. You can also click Delete program to uninstall it.
If you are sure the program is safe, click Trust program. This will put the program in the Exception List and will no longer be blocked next time. Trend Micro will not be liable if it will cause your computer to malfunction.

- Turn ON System Restore to protect and repair your Windows operating system.
