Not sure if your device can run Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS? This guide shows you the minimum system requirements and how to check your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch in a few taps.

System Requirements

  • iOS: iOS 15.0 or higher — including the latest release, iOS 26

  • iPadOS: iPadOS 15.0 or higher — including the latest release, iPadOS 26

  • Storage: At least 50 MB of free space

  • Memory: 40 MB minimum

  • Internet Connection: 3G/4G (LTE), 5G, or high-speed Wi-Fi

🔔 Important Note: If your device runs an iOS or iPadOS version below 15.0, Trend Micro Mobile Security won't install or run. Update your device first (Settings > General > Software Update), then try again.

How to Check Your Device

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.

  2. Tap General, then tap About.

  3. Look at Software Version to see your current iOS or iPadOS version.

  4. Check available space under Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage to confirm you have at least 50 MB free.

If your version is 15.0 or higher, you're all set to install! ✅
