If you forgot your TrendLife Account password, you can easily reset it. Follow these steps to regain access to your TrendLife Account.

Steps to Regain Access to your TrendLife Account Password

Using the Verification Code

  1. Go to https://account.trendlife.com/.
  2. Sign Into your TrendLife Account email address.

  3. Enter the Confirmation Code (6-digit number) provided in the email and click Next.
  4. You can now see and manage your TrendLife Account.

Reset your TrendLife Account Password

  1. Go to https://account.trendlife.com/.
  2. 2. Sign Into your TrendLife Account email address then select Use password instead.

  3. Click on Forgot Your Password?.
  4. Enter the email address linked to your TrendLife Account then click Get Instructions.
  5. Check your email for a message from Trend Micro and open it.
  6. Hit the Reset Password button in the email.
  7. Choose a new password and type it into the New Password field, then retype it in the Confirm New Password field to verify.
  8. Once your password has been updated, click Save.
  9. Click 'Sign In' and enter your email address and new password.
