You may notice that some pages display the name and logo “TrendLife” instead of the familiar Trend Micro branding.

Why Does This Happen?

This is expected and is not an error. This is due to a brand update currently being rolled out across Trend Micro’s platforms and services.

Where You May See the New Branding

The TrendLife name and logo will appear in the following pages:

  1. My Account Portal – Where you manage your subscription, view your licenses, and update your account details.
  2. My Dashboard – Where you can access and monitor your Trend Micro products and services.
  3. Single Sign-On (SSO) – The login window that will show up when you try to access your Trend Micro account.
🔔 Note: Your Trend Micro Security products installed on your device continues to display the Trend Micro name and logo as usual.

Is My Subscription or Protection Affected?

No, your subscription, licenses, and security protection remain fully active and unchanged. This is a brand update only.

I received an email/invoice from "Trend Micro" but the website now says "TrendLife." Which is correct?

Both are correct, they refer to the same service. During this transition period, both names may appear across different surfaces which is an expected behavior and does not indicate any issue with your account.

Will my settings or devices be affected?

No. All account saved settings, linked devices, and subscription information are fully preserved. The rebranding does not affect any data or service configuration.

Do I Need to Do Anything?

No action is needed on your part. You can continue to sign in and manage your account as you normally would.
