You may notice that some banking or shopping websites don’t open automatically in Pay Guard, even if you’ve already added them to the list of websites that should open there.

Why is this happening?

This can happen if you are using an old version of Trend Micro Security.

In older versions, a conflict between the Pay Guard and Password Manager may prevent Pay Guard from automatically opening banking or shopping websites.

How do I fix this?

Step 2: Get the Latest Version of Trend Micro Security
Step 3: Set Up Pay Guard Again
