If you can’t find the Sign In option to activate your Trend Micro Cleaner One Pro subscription, follow the steps below to resolve the issue and understand why it happens.
Why this happens?
This issue occurs when the country or region set on your device does not match your current location.
How to fix it?
For Windows
- Open Settings – Click the Windows key + I.
- Go to Time & Language – Select Time & Language from the left menu.
- Select Language & Region – Click Language & Region.
- Update Country or Region – Under Country or region, choose your correct location from the dropdown list.
- Restart your PC (if needed) to apply changes.
For Mac
- Open System Settings - Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings.
- Navigate to Language & Region - Click General in the sidebar, then select Language & Region.
- Change the Region - Click the dropdown menu next to Region and select your desired country or region.
- Confirm Changes - You may be prompted to restart your Mac for the changes to take effect.
NOTE: After updating your region, reopen the Cleaner One Pro app and the Sign In option should now be visible.
