If you've already contacted Trend Micro Support, you can easily follow up and check the status of your support case without needing to reach out to support again.
Steps to Check and Follow up to Your Support Case:
- Go to Case Management Portal
- Locate the Support Case You want to Follow up on
- Reply to the Support Case
- Wait for a reply
Go to Case Management Portal. If prompted to sign in, provide your Trend Micro account username and password.
Find and click on the case title you want to check. Here, you can see the current status of your support case or if any updates have been sent to you.
Note: If you're unsure which case is related to your recent contact, check the Created On date to match when you contacted support.
To follow up on your support case, click the Reply button, enter your message, and attach any relevant files or screenshots if needed. Once you're done, click Submit.
The Trend Micro support representative handling your case will review your message and send you an appropriate response.
