How to Install Trend Micro Purchased from an Online Store

If you've recently purchased Trend Micro online, you may be wondering how to get started with your new security software. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to activate and install Trend Micro on your devices.

Not Yet Activated?

First, you will need to activate your product using the activation code provided at the time of purchase.

1. Visit the Trend Micro Activation Portal: https://account.trendmicro.com/setup/landing
2. Click the Get Started button.
3. Create a Trend Micro Account using your email address or phone number.
4. Provide a secure password, then click Next.
5. Enter your first and last name to complete your profile, then click Next.
6. Enter your activation code, agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, and click Next.
7. After activation, proceed with the installation.

Download and Install Trend Micro

Once activated, you can download and install the app on your Windows PC, Mac, Android, or iOS device.

1. On your Trend Micro Account, go to the Download tab.
2. Click the Download button under the Trend Micro app included in your plan that you want to install on your device.
