After signing in with your Trend Micro Account to the Trend Micro VPN on your Mac, the subscription remains as a Trial Version.
Why is this happening:
- You are using macOS 12 or below. The Trend Micro VPN may not recognize your subscription properly on these versions.
- There is a known issue with the activation process on the latest version of macOS. We are aware of this problem and are currently investigating it.
What you need to do next:
- If you are using macOS 12 or below, it is best to upgrade your current macOS to a higher version. This may resolve the subscription activation issue.
