For subscriptions purchased from authorized retail stores:
If you purchased your Trend Micro product from a retail store, refund eligibility and processing are subject to the store’s return and refund policy.
- Contact or visit the retail store where the product was purchased
- Present your proof of purchase
- Follow the store’s refund or return process
For Auto-Renewed subscription:
If your subscription was initially purchased from a retail store but later auto-renewed, follow these steps to request a refund:
- Go to the Trend Micro Refund Request Page: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/srf/.
- Select Refund a Recent Purchase under "I need help with".
- Select Online under Sales Channel.
- Pick the product you wish to return and explain why.
- Fill in your contact details.
- Click Agree and Continue.
