If you notice another subscription along with your current one, here are some possible reasons why it might occur:
- Auto Renewal: You may have an old subscription with auto-renewal still enabled. When the old subscription renews automatically, it could result in an additional active subscription alongside your current one.
- Different Product Purchased: While browsing for a subscription, you may have accidentally bought a different product instead of your preferred one, then purchased the correct subscription without canceling the auto-renewal on the original product. Alternatively, you might have unknowingly purchased the same subscription twice.
- Multiple Accounts: You may have created a new account and didn’t realize that your old account still has an active subscription. After purchasing a new subscription for your new account, this can lead to having two active subscriptions.
- Subscription through Different Platforms: You may have initially started your subscription through a platform like the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, or Google Play Store, and then later purchased a new subscription directly from our online store. However, if the subscription from the Microsoft Store, Apple Store, or Google Play Store is still set to auto-renew, it could result in an additional active subscription.
Why it’s Important
Managing only the subscription you truly need helps you protect your devices more effectively while avoiding unnecessary costs from unused services.
