You may notice that your Order Confirmation Email includes a Begin Download button after your renewal. This button is included in the email by default and is intended for users who may have multiple devices. You don't need to click it if you already have the Trend Micro program installed on all your devices.
If you have other devices that do not have the application installed or wish to transfer your subscription to your other devices, you can use this Begin Download button to easily install the Trend Micro program on those devices. To do this, simply:
- Open the Order Confirmation Email on the device where you want to install the Trend Micro program.
- Click the Begin Download button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.
