Follow these steps to remove Trend Micro ID Protection from your mobile device, whether you need to reinstall it or no longer need the app.
On Android
- On your home screen, go to the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap on Apps.
- Find and tap on ID Protection, then tap Uninstall.
NOTE: The steps may vary depending on the model and brand of your Android device.
On iPhone/iPad
- On your home screen, go to the Settings app.
- Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage.
- Find and tap on ID Protection, then tap Delete App.
Remove from the App Drawer:
- Tap and hold the ID Protection app located in the app drawer or on the home screen.
- Tap Uninstall or Remove App.
