If a mobile app isn't working properly after you installed Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS, try these steps:
Disable Block Trackers in Web Guard
- Open the Mobile Security app.
- Tap on Web Guard.
- Turn off Block Trackers using the slider button.
- Check if the app works now.
Turn Off Web Guard
- In the Mobile Security app, tap Web Guard.
- Tap Turn OFF Web Guard.
- Check if the app still has issues.
Note: If turning off Web Guard doesn't fix the problem, Trend Micro might not be the cause. Look into other possible reasons. If turning off Web Guard solves the issue or if you need more help, please contact our Technical Support Team.
