Why Does This Happen?
This issue occurs due to separate keychain access settings for bundled products like Antivirus One and Cleaner One Pro.
What to Do If You Encounter This Issue?
Ensure both applications are updated to the following versions:
- Antivirus One: Version 3.10.5 and above
- Cleaner One Pro: Version 6.5.11 and above
If you continue experiencing issues after updating, remove Antivirus One ID from Keychain Access on your Mac:
- Open Finder.
- Go to Applications.
- Open Utilities.
- Launch Keychain Access.
- Find Antivirus One ID: com.trendmicro.DrSafety and check if the account is S2SIAPValidateUUID.
- Delete the entry and confirm deletion.
- Restart Antivirus One.
- Open Antivirus One ap, then click Restore Purchase.
