Follow the instructions below to fix the problem of "Activate your License" prompt even though the license is already activated.

  1. Uninstall the Program
    1. Open Cleaner One Pro.
    2. Go to App Manager feature tab, Then click Scan Now.
    3. Check Cleaner One Pro box, then click Uninstall.
    4. Click Uninstall on the Confirm Action window.
    5. Click Ok to proceed.
    6. Restart your computer.
  2. Install the Program
    1. Download the installer

      Cleaner One Pro for Windows
    2. Open the downloaded installer file on your Download folder.
    3. Follow the prompts that will appear to complete te installation.
  3. Activate the program again
    1. Open Cleaner One Pro on your Windows computer.
    2. Click Unlock Full Version button you see on the lower left.
    3. Click Activate License if you already have purchased a subscription before and you need to activate your new computer.
    4. Enter the License Key and click Activate License.
