How to Update Saved Secure Notes in Trend Micro ID Protection

Your Secure Notes store sensitive information on any personal details and confidential data you entered in an encrypted, protected vault.

Keeping these notes updated ensures you always have accurate, secure information synchronized across all your devices.

Update Saved Secure Notes Using Your Web Browser

1. Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
2. Click the Vault tab in the left pane.
3. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
4. Click the 📝 Secure Notes tab (next to the Password tab).
5. Select the note you want to edit, then click Edit.
6. Update the content as needed, then click Save.

Update Saved Secure Notes Using Your Mobile App

1. Open the ID Protection mobile app.
2. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
3. Tap the Secure Notes tab next to the Passwords tab.
4. Select the note you want to edit, make your changes, then tap Save.

📢 Important: You must be signed in to the same Trend Micro Account on all devices for your Secure Notes to stay synced.
