You cannot open Cleaner One Pro on Windows computer after downloading and installing the app.

Why did this happened?

The app is not being run in administrator account.

How do I fix this?

Log onto your computer using an account with Administrator Priveleges.
After logging in with the Administrator account, open again the the Cleaner One Pro app.
