What should I do if Cleaner One Pro won't scan?
- Restart your device and log in as an Administrator.
- Reinstall Cleaner One Pro while logged in as the Administrator.
- Open Cleaner One Pro and try a full scan.
- If the full scan is successful, attempt a manual scan for each category.
- Log out from the Administrator account and switch to your usual user account.
- Disable the hidden Administrator account for security.
- Restart your device again and open Cleaner One Pro.
- Try scanning again to see if the issue is resolved.
