If your Cleaner One Pro isn't scanning properly, follow these simple steps to get it working again.

What should I do if Cleaner One Pro won't scan?

  1. Restart your device and log in as an Administrator.
  2. Reinstall Cleaner One Pro while logged in as the Administrator.
  3. Open Cleaner One Pro and try a full scan.
  4. If the full scan is successful, attempt a manual scan for each category.
  5. Log out from the Administrator account and switch to your usual user account.
  6. Disable the hidden Administrator account for security.
  7. Restart your device again and open Cleaner One Pro.
  8. Try scanning again to see if the issue is resolved.
