What Should I Do Next?
Restart the Trend Micro Components:
- Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit using Spotlight Search.
- Under the General tab, click Stop Components.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes, you will see the Components Stopped window.
- Click OK, then click Start Components.
- Try to open the program again.
- If issue persists, proceed to next step.
Reinstall the Trend Micro program:
- Open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit using Spotlight Search.
- Under the General tab, click Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, install the program again.
