You see this error message when you are trying to change the server on the Trend Micro VPN app for Android mobile phone or tablet:
"Unable to Continue"
Why did this happen?
- Your device is not connected to the Internet or has network problems
- Your subscription is not yet activated
- The device's date and time is incorrect
- You are using a different Google Play Store account
- Your network is limited to the amount of data used by your device
- You have a conflicing app in your device
- There's an expired certifcate in your app
What should I do next?
Make sure your device is connected to the Internet. If you are able to browse online and are still seeing the error message:

Update the Trend Micro VPN app

- Open Google Play Store app.
- Tap your Profile in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Manage apps & device, then tap on the Manage tab.
- Tap Trend Micro VPN from the list.
- Tap Update, then open the Trend Micro VPN app.
If it does not work, proceed to the next step.

Check for conflicting apps

- Open Google Play Store.
- Tap your Profile in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Manage apps & device, then tap on the Manage tab.
- Look for another VPN app, then uninstall it.
If it does not work, proceed to the next step.

Set the correct date and time

- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Look for the Date and Time settings.
- Input the correct date and time values or set it to Automatic.
- Go back to your Trend Micro VPN app.
If it does not work, proceed to the next step.

Check internet connection

- Open your Google app.
- Search Speedtest, then tap on Run Speed Test.
- Your internet connection must be smooth or very fast.
- Go back to your Trend Micro VPN app.
If it does not work, proceed to the next step.

Clear app data

- On your device, open the Settings app.
- Tap on Apps, then choose Manage apps.
- Select Trend Micro VPN app from the list.
- Tap Storage, then tap on Clear all data.
- Go back to your Trend Micro VPN app.
If it does not work, proceed to the next step.

Reinstall the app
