Your iPhone uses a random MAC address for its Private WiFi Address feature, which HNS doesn't recognize and blocks.
How Do I Fix This?
Follow these simple steps to turn off the Private WiFi Address on your iPhone:
- Open the Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap on Wi-Fi.
- Tap the info (i) icon next to your connected network.
- Toggle off Private Address.
Your iPhone will now use its original MAC address, and you should be able to connect to the internet.
