What should I do next?

Reactivate the application.

  1. Visit https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. If you've enabled Two-Factor Authentication, enter the verification code sent to your chosen method (Authenticator App, Email, or Text).
  4. Click the Licenses tab and locate your current subscription.
  5. Click Manage Device + and hover over the device you want to modify.
  6. To temporarily remove protection, click the X icon in the upper right corner of the device.
  7. Your action is confirmed by clicking Yes.
  8. Open the Mobile Security app on your device.
  9. Select Settings.
  10. Choose Set Up Account.
  11. Sign in with your Trend Micro account to activate the application.
