What should I do Next?
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac.
- Click Fix Now.
- If nothing happens, move on to the next step.
Restart Trend Micro components
- Open Spotlight, type Trend Micro Antivirus Diagnostic Toolkit, then press RETURN.
- On the General tab, select Stop Components.
- Click Delete Files under Temporary Files.
- Wait for 10 seconds, then click Start Components.
- Open Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac and click Fix Now.
- If issue persists, proceed on the next step.
Re-install Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac
- Uninstall Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac.
- Proceed on installing again Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac on your device.
