Why did this happen?

Trend Micro isn't turned on in the Background Task Management on the Mac.

To turn on Trend Micro in Background Task Management, follow these instruction:

Open Settings.
Click General.
Under General, click Login Items.
Look for Trend Micro-related applications under Allow in the Background and toggle the switch to enable them.
If it's already turned on and the problem continues, try turning it off and then on again.
Proceed on the installation.
