  2. Delete Remnant Files:
    1. Click "Go" on the top Menu bar, then select "Go to Folder".
    2. Navigate to ~/Library/Containers/.
    3. Locate and delete the "WGNEExtension" folder.
  3. Restart your Mac.
  4. Reinstall Trend Micro VPN:
    1. Visit the App Store.
    2. Search for "Trend Micro VPN" and install it.
    3. Open the app and sign in to your Trend Micro account to activate protection.
