What to Do Next

Clear Cache and Cookies on Different Browsers:

On Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots ⋮ at the top right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Privacy and Security.
  5. Click Clear browsing data.
  6. Choose the time range you want to clear.
  7. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  8. Click Clear data.
  9. Close and reopen Chrome.

On Edge:

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three dots ⋮ at the top right.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy, search, and services.
  5. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  6. Check the box for Cached images and files.
  7. You can also check other data you want to clear.
  8. Click Clear now.
  9. Close and reopen Edge.

On Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the menu button ☰ at the top right.
  3. Click Options.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security.
  5. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
  6. Click Clear Data.
  7. Make sure Cached Web Content is checked.
  8. You can also check other data you want to clear.
  9. Click Clear.
  10. Close and reopen Firefox.
