Your mobile device keeps on telling you that the Trend Micro VPN supported apps feature is turned off.
Why did this happen?
There is another VPN app installed on your device. Having multiple VPNs installed can affect the performance of some apps.
How do I fix it?
Remove the conflicting VPN app.
- Open the Settings app.
- From the list, tap Apps.
- Look for the other VPN app and select it.
- Tap Uninstall.
- tap OK.
