The chosen network mode doesn't work with your Smart TV.
What Should I Do Next?
- Check if your router works with Home Network Security.
- Change Device Network Mode Settings to its Optimal Mode
- Open the Home Network Security app on your device.
- Tap the Menu icon you see on the upper left, then tap Settings.
- Tap Station Configuration under STATION.
- Tap Find the optimal mode.
- Tap Next, then Start. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes while it is searching for your device's optimal mode.
- Click the Settings button, then select the suggested mode to use.
