You see this error message while uninstalling your Trend Micro program on Windows:

"Uninstallation Incomplete. Error code: # 0, 4004, 0x00000000"

You tried to remove the program while another software is currently installing or uninstalling.

Stop the Windows Installer Service:

Log onto your computer using an account with administrator privileges.
Click the Start ⊞, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, then choose Run as administrator.
Type these commands, then press ENTER after each entry:
- msiexec /unreg
- msiexec /regserver
Restart your computer.
Try to uninstall it again.
