You noticed the Ad Block feature in Trend Micro Security does not appear on the Microsoft Edge browser.
Why did this happen?
Trend Micro Security extension is not installed or enabled properly.
How do I fix this?
Reinstall Trend Micro Security:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Go to Settings and more > Extensions.
- Select Remove under Trend Micro Security.
- Click Remove again to confirm.
Click here to get the app from Microsoft Edge Add-ons.
If you purchased Trend Micro through Best Buy, click here instead.
- Click Add Extension, then wait for it to finish downloading.
- Click the Trend Micro Security icon
at the top right corner of the browser.
- Read the Privacy & Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then click Continue.
- Read the Trend Micro License Agreement, then click Accept and Start.
- Reactivate your license.
- Check if you can now see Ad Block.
