How to remove Trend Micro Family for Kids app

On Android

1. Open the Trend Micro Family for Parents app.

   

2. Select the correct kid profile, then tap Devices.

   

3. Select the correct device, then tap Remove.

   

4. Go Back to the Trend Micro Family app.
5. Tap How to Uninstall.

   

6. Tap Uninstall.

   

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Screen Time.

   

3. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.

   

4. Toggle the switch to enable Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap iTunes & App Store Restrictions.

   

5. Tap Deleting Apps.

   

6. Select Allow.

   

1. Open Trend Micro Family app.
2. Tap How to Uninstall.

   

3. Get a copy of the Device id.

   

4. Send an email with the Device id to tmf-support@trendmicro.com.
