How to prevent Trend Micro Family for Kids from being removed

Open the Settings app.
Tap Screen Time.
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Toggle the switch to enable Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap iTunes & App Store Restrictions.
Tap Deleting Apps.
Select Don't Allow.
