Cannot Remove Blocked Threat Popup From Trend Micro: What To Do Next

You see this message on your computer installed with Trend Micro Security:

"Threat Blocked.
The threat was blocked but could not be removed due to access restrictions. Do not open or copy this threat."

What Happened?

Trend Micro suspects the detected threat as a fileless malware but cannot remove it because of limited access.

Since Trend Micro already blocked the program from potential threats, click OK to close the window.

Put a check beside Enable real-time scanning for compressed files under Scan Preferences, so the program always checks zipped files for threats.
Run Trend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit to clean suspicious files even when you do not have Internet connection.
