To install this hotfix, you must log onto your Mac using an account with administrator privileges. If you have installed software on your Mac before, you probably have these privileges.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that your Antivirus for Mac is not running any scan or receiving any updates.

  2. Click the button to download the hotfix:

  3. Double-click iTIS_100_mac_iCore30_hfb_1064.app.zip to extract the hotfix.
  4. Double-click iTIS_100_mac_iCore30_hfb_1064.app to run the file.
  5. Read the License Agreement, then select the I accept the terms of the license agreement.
  6. Click the Next button.
  7. Read the notice, then click the Install button.
  8. Click OK once the installation process has finished.
  9. Restart the computer.
