Why did this happen?

This error occurs when your computer's local time is not synchronized with the Trend Micro Email Defender server time.

How do I fix this?

Set your computer time automatically:

  1. Click Start ⊞, then go to Settings > Time & language > Date & time.
  2. Turn ON Set time automatically.


That's it! Your computer's time will now be automatically synchronized with the Trend Micro Email Defender server, and you should no longer encounter the error.
