Your mobile device tells you the Trend Micro Web Guard feature is turned off.
Why did this happen?
- Your mobile device is in Power Saving Mode which stops Web Guard and other apps from running in the background.
How do I fix it?
- Update your Mobile Security app.
- Run a scan, then check if Run in the Background option is available under the Insights tab.
- Tap Set Up, then tap Allow. This setting will allow Mobile Security to protect you even when the app is closed.
Still having issues?
Remove it from your Power Saver Mode settings or add it in Autostart/Autolaunch apps.
