This error occurs with your Trend Micro account because it cannot display the full security report for your Mobile Security due to its large data.
To view the report, access it through the Mobile Security app.
- Open the Mobile Security app.
- Tap the Security Report icon

- Apps you installed and updated
- Social Media apps
- Browser apps
- Email apps
- SMS and MMS
- Banking and shopping apps and websites
