You see this error message on your Trend Micro Home Network Security app:

Connect to the Station. Your Station was returned. Please connect to a new Station.

Why did this happen?

You reset your Trend Micro Home Network Security Station.

How do I fix this?

Provide your new Pairing Code:

  1. From the message, tap Next.
  2. Enter your new pairing code, then tap Next.
    A "Connection Successful" message will appear.
  3. Wait for the Sign In window to appear, then sign into your Trend Micro Account.


If the app is unable to connect to the Station within one minute, use the QR code reader that will appear on your screen, then scan the Station Code found at the bottom part of the Station.
