To resolve this issue, double check your account password. If the issue persists, reset your Password Manager account password. Do the following:

  1. Tap on Password Manager to open.
  2. Tap Forgot your password.
  3. Type your email address and the security code on their respective fields.
  4. You will receive an email that contains further instructions on how you can reset your Password Manager account password.
  5. Try signing in again with your new account password.
