Activate Firewall Protection Notice in Trend Micro Security

You see this error message after running a scan:

"Unable to Make Improvements. Activate Firewall Protection"

What Happened?

Trend Micro detected that the Windows Firewall is turned OFF.

Enable Windows Firewall manually:

Click the Start , then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Firewall & network protection.
Choose your Network Profile.
Under Windows Defender Firewall, switch it ON.
