You forgot your Mobile Security password.
What should I do next?
Your Mobile Security password is the same with your Trend Micro login password.
Retrieve it through the Trend Micro Account portal:
- On a computer, go to Trend Micro Account.
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address, then click Check Now.
- Log in to your email and open the email from Trend Micro.
- Click the change your password now link you see in the email.
- Type your new password in the New password field and retype it in the Confirm new password field.
Your password should be between 8 and 50 characters long. Make sure to remember your password. - Click Update Password.
- Click Sign In.
