Before you start, you’ll need to confirm if your device uses an ARM processor:
- Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
- Type msinfo32 and press Enter.
- In the System Information window, look for System Type:
- If it says ARM64-based PC, your device is running on an ARM processor.
- If it says x64-based PC, your device is using a standard Intel/AMD processor.
If your device is ARM-based, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
