You activated your subscription along with auto-renewal, but when you received the invoice confirmation email, you noticed that the information doesn't match your actual subscription.

What Happened

Recent updates to our e-commerce platform may cause discrepancies between your invoice confirmation email and your current subscription details. We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a solution. In the meantime, you can easily resolve this by following the simple steps below.

What to Do

To correct this, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off auto-renewal for your subscription:
    1. Log in to your Trend Micro account at account.trendmicro.com.
    2. Go to Manage Subscription next to the subscription you want to cancel auto-renewal for.
    3. Click Cancel Subscription to open a pop-up with details.
    4. Click Continue to proceed with cancellation.
    5. Fill out the feedback form and click Submit.
    6. Click Stop Auto Renew.
  2. Re-enable auto-renewal
    1. While logged into your Trend Micro account, locate your subscription and click Manage Subscription again.
    2. Go to Change Credit Card Details and you'll be redirected to update your billing info.
    3. Complete the required details and click Update Billing Information to finish.

After completing these steps, your subscription and invoice confirmation email should match.
