Why did this happen?
Your account was not recognized by the system during activation due to a system issue.
How do I fix this?
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Activation Portal, then click the Get Started button.
- Create a Trend Micro Account using your email address or phone number.
- If you already have an existing Trend Micro Account, sign in instead, skip the next steps, and proceed to step 6.
- Provide a secure password, then click Next.
- Enter your first and last name to complete your profile, then click Next.
- Enter your activation code, agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement, and click Next.
- Once activated, it will redirect you to your own Trend Micro Account Downloads Page to install the apps and programs you purchased.
- In case you have an existing Trend Micro program installed on your device, simply enter your activation. Follow the detailed steps in this link: Activate Trend Micro with a New Activation Code or Existing Subscription
