For subscriptions purchased from authorized retail stores:

If you purchased your Trend Micro product from a retail store, refund eligibility and processing are subject to the store’s return and refund policy.

  • Contact or visit the retail store where the product was purchased
  • Present your proof of purchase
  • Follow the store’s refund or return process

For Auto-Renewed subscription:

If your subscription was initially purchased from a retail store but later auto-renewed, follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Refund Request Page: https://helpcenter.trendmicro.com/en-us/srf/.
  2. Select Refund a Recent Purchase under "I need help with".
  3. Select Online under Sales Channel.
  4. Pick the product you wish to return and explain why.
  5. Fill in your contact details.
  6. Click Agree and Continue.
