If your Trend Micro subscription is set to auto renew, you will be charged on the same day as your subscription's expiry date.
Auto renewal makes sure your protection continues without interruption. This feature is automatically enabled when you purchase your subscription through our online store.
How to Check Subscription Expiry Date
If you're unsure about your Trend Micro subscription's expiry date, follow these simple steps:
- Visit your Trend Micro Account portal at https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Log in using your account details. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter the code you received.
- Go to the Licenses tab. Here, you will see the Expiry Date for your subscription. If you chose Auto Renew, it will be set a few days before the expiry date. You will receive an email with details about the charge and the billing date.
